Built by people who saw coding break down
Arintra began because coding remained the bottleneck, while available tools were not built to eliminate it.
Close the distance between care and reimbursement
We set out to address a clear problem: providers document encounters in detail, then another person manually converts that record into billing codes with separate tools. The process is slow, costly, and prone to error for its output.
Automation technology for this conversion has been available for years. What was missing was a product embedded in the EHR workflow, attentive to ambulatory coding specificity, and dependable for an actual billing team. We built that product.
We serve ambulatory practices because volume and strain are concentrated there. Hospitals have dedicated revenue cycle departments. A two-provider family practice does not.
The people behind Arintra
Nitesh brings years of revenue cycle operations experience at a large ambulatory care management organization, followed by health tech product leadership. He founded Arintra after seeing coding repeatedly limit billing throughput across practices of every size.
Daniel led applied NLP teams at a large health information technology company before co-founding Arintra. He builds production NLP systems for clinical documentation, focused on the specificity issues that distinguish useful clinical AI from lab research.
Sonal's background spans clinical informatics and practice transformation within a multi-specialty physician group network. She leads Arintra's early-access program and partners with practices during onboarding to calibrate the code engine to each specialty before launch.
What shapes our product decisions
A code at the wrong specificity is not an acceptable approximation. It can lead to a denial. We make product choices around the accuracy required for real payer submissions, rather than what is simplest to automate.
Patient data is not retained after processing or used to train models. HIPAA controls shape the system's infrastructure architecture, rather than serving as a checkbox.
Arintra assigns codes, but does not submit claims. Your billing team reviews and submits them. We made this choice intentionally: people retain clinical billing judgment, while Arintra reduces its burden for routine cases.
Limited early access cohorts
Arintra is in limited early access. We work with a small group of ambulatory practices in primary care, internal medicine, and orthopedics to assess performance across specialty coding settings before expanding.
Early-access practices receive dedicated support, direct engineering contact for integration questions, and a voice in the developing product roadmap. To assess Arintra's fit before general rollout, now is the time to join the discussion.
