No. Every Arintra plan provides unlimited encounter processing within its plan provider limit. There are no per-encounter, per-claim, or per-code fees. The monthly price is the total cost.
Yes. Change to annual billing at any time to receive the 15% rate beginning with the next billing cycle. A change from annual to monthly takes effect when the annual term ends.
If adding a provider exceeds your current plan limit, you move to the next tier when the next billing cycle begins. We notify you before the billing change. Providers added within current limits become active immediately.
Yes. All plans include EHR integration setup and onboarding, with no separate implementation fee. Group customers receive a dedicated onboarding specialist to manage the technical setup from start to finish.
Annual billing covers 12 months upfront at the reduced rate. For Starter, that is $297/mo x 12 = $3,564 charged once annually, versus $349/mo x 12 = $4,188 with monthly billing. The full year is charged when the annual subscription begins.
Arintra automates initial code assignment and greatly lowers the number of claims needing human review. Most practices use it to have their billing team review exceptions instead of every claim. A human biller always makes the final submission decision. Any staffing change depends on your practice volume and existing team structure.
